Three seats will be voted on in the June 2008 elections. Following are the candidates, presented in alphabetical order.

Chad Cheung

Why do you want to serve on the board?
I have lived in this community since Phase III. We have seen what has happened by lack of participation by the community. I want to do my part to make the Promenade better.

Goals for HOA:
To create a safe and stable community that will ensure a great and friendly place to live and guarantee increased value and wealth to its members.

Roberta Cohen

Why do you want to serve on the board?
To work for the community.

Gabe Kaprellian

Why do you want to serve on the board?
To help promote an orderly flow of business and participation from the community.

Goals for HOA:
Orderly and anticipated flow of information to the community which would in turn promote more community involvement. Gabe would like to serve at the Parliamentarian. Please see his detailed statement.

Ruth C. Rhodes

Why do you want to serve on the board?
Maintain the integrity of our community by enforcing the CCR's including security issues.

Goals for HOA:
Encourage more homeowner participation by:

• Meeting and greeting new residents
• Holding informational meetings with homeowners by the pool on Saturday mornings.

Jonathan Petralia

Why do you want to serve on the board?
I am the current VP and want to continue.

Goals for HOA:
Strong reserves. A cohesive, family type of neighborhood.
