The Promenade Community includes the Arbors and Cottages.

The Arbors are attached residences or townhomes, grouped like duplexes. They range in size from 1,490 to 1,845 square feet. Spacious two car garages are accessed in the back, via a landscaped alley. Units include a private, enclosed patio. Some have front porches. The Arbors were designed in three sizes:

• 2 Master suites. 2 1/2 baths. 1,490 square feet
• 2 bedrooms + office or 3 bedrooms. 2 1/2 baths. 1,714 square feet
• 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom downstairs). 3 baths. 1,845 square feet

The Cottages are Single Family Detached Residences. They range in size from 2,007 to 2,389 square feet. Spacious two car garages with driveways in the front. Some units have porches or balconies. The Cottages were designed in three sizes:
